Looking for a new home at the mobile home parks, I met Antoinette, park manager, today. She is very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a joy.  The two parks she manages are very nice, safe and well cared for.  I would be comfortable living in either.

I visited this park recently and found it to be very clean and quiet. I have a dog and I just loved the dog area, it's nicely shaded. The front office area is so welcoming, I felt like I was entering a fairy tail , it's so adorable.

I've been living in College Oaks for six years, I love it. The location is perfect. I can use public transit to do all my needs, shopping, and appointments. Five-seven grocery stores that I shop from. 15-20 places to eat, nearby. Location, location, location!

I personally moved here around a month ago and everything is so peaceful and quiet it’s such an amazing area. I moved all the way from the east coast to the west coast so finding this RV park was a god send and it didn’t just end there. The sweetest lady I’ve ever met who runs this clean and safe park her name is Antoinette she does such a nice job with rent, cleanliness, and overall just the kindest manager. Very nice, cute, clean RV park with kind neighbors. Feels safe for myself and daughter. Mgmt. team is amazing. Angelina is an angel! She helped get me urgently into the park on very short notice. She genuinely cares about me. Antoinette welcomed me with a big smile which I needed. She is very professional and genuinely caring as well. The experience I received at college oaks MH & RV park was nothing but spectacular I was able to witness such a great community and had amazing interactions with everyone I ran into. We had made reservations to arrive on Easter weekend and stay for three months.  The manager, Antoinette, had ensured the site was large enough for our RV.  We arrived a day early.  She made time on the holiday to help us get into our site.  We discovered the trees were too low for our RV.  Antoinette ensured the site was prepared the next morning.  She was very accommodating through the entire process.  Antoinette manages the College Oaks RV Park and Mark J RV Park as a family business.  We have been traveling for 8 years and have never been treated with such kindness and understanding.  The park is clean and orderly.
