College Oaks Mobile Home & RV Park

My husband and I have lived here for 6yrs now and since the park was sold, I have seen so many changes that have made living here worth it! The new owners and their management team have gone above and beyond to make the residents feel welcomed and safe.
Alex, the maintenance man, is extremely helpful, always working on something that needs to be done, always does his best to answer my question, he’s friendly and no matter what, always greets you with a smile!
Our community leaders, Antoinette and Angelina, are a perfect team! Antoinette, the on-site manager, is always available when you need her, I found that whenever I call, I always get a call back asap, If I have any issues or concerns, she is always there ready to help and doesn’t disregard any of my concerns no matter what it is.
Since moving here, my husband and I have seen the changes, the previous management made it somewhat difficult to get certain things taken care of, but the new owners are nothing like the old ones and we found that the main reason we really enjoy being here is because they have always made us feel that we are important and not like some places, where your concerns get pushed aside and aren’t important enough to be dealt with.
I recommend moving here, it’s worth it, if you want a place where it feels like home, this is the place to be.
